Hi
A purchase I made with Expedia in JUNE has still not been paid. First of all it didn't track. I put in a manual claim as I had spent £3317.73 which should have resulted in £165.89 cashback.
At the start of October I get a message to say that it has been verified.
WHEN will this ever be paid?Jellynose0 -

I do apologise for any confusion caused with this term.

There is no confusion, having read the t&c's before I started shopping I only spotted it when I went back to check that multiple purchases from the same retailler would only count as one purchase. At no point have I seen the words 'minimum spend applies' attached to any of the promotional material. Such a major caveat must be clearly highlighted.quidco_Company_Representative wrote: »Hi @Bobbish,
I can assure you that even though only one of your purchases with an eligible retailer will count towards unlocking the required number of purchases, the overall spend with a retailer in a number of purchases will count towards your minimum spend.

That's great, but since a colleague of yours explicitly told me this would not happen I have now considerably overspent. When I questioned her, and pointed out that she was actually contradicting your own terms and conditions all she would say is she would pass on my concern to the team so that they could rewrite the terms to make that clearer.quidco_Company_Representative wrote: »Hi @Bobbish,
We were forced to add the term into the conditions of the offer to counter those who were not playing within the spirit of the game - we have no intention of penalising those who are enjoying gaining extra cashback on their Christmas shopping.

You forgot to add the minimum spend in the first place. Noone seriously expected the offer wouldn't have a minimum spend requirement, the original t&c's were reread in shock looking for it, and noone in their right mind would run such a promotion without one, particularly when a significant core of their customers are dedicated hoop jumpers who like stuff for cheap or better yet to be paid to take it. Hell, I know some who would wear finding the cheapest 12 qualifying purchases as a badge of honour.
But you weren't forced to add the term. It was a reaction to the realisation you'd made a mistake. An honest mea culpa might have earned you a little respect, trying to blame people for playing by the rules makes you look desperate and disingenuous, and you could have changed the t&c's for new opt ins and left them as they were for those already purchasing if the problem was so small.
The anger you have generated isn't connected to the presence of the minimum spend, it is down to the way it has been surreptitiously introduced, and the way you have sought to blame others for it's presence.0 -
Hi,
I have had a cashback claim in for 2 months since I booked a holiday with easyjet holidays in August, this did not track so I put in the claim. Is there any timeline for this being sorted as I booked another holiday with them 2 weeks before this one and this tracked no problem and I was paid the cashback within a few weeks.0 -

Hi Jellynose
Please be aware that claims with Expedia will confirm in your account within 4 months, from the date you completed your holiday.
If your cashback becomes delayed, please contact our Customer Support team, they will be happy to help you further.

Hi dougster007,
I'm sorry to hear your booking with easyJet Holidays failed to track automatically.
Please feel assured that your claim will be gong through the usual process.
Claims with easyJet Holidays will confirm in your account within 5 months, from the check out date of your holiday.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards

Dear Quidco rep,
I am having problems with my Moss Bross payment. As you suggested, I sent a contact form to customer support. Whereas my later form regarding Cafe Nero was responded to within the 24 time period, the Moss Bros earlier query is unresponded to. Are there problems with Moss Bros Payments?
Also, just to let everyone know, Cafe Nero payments take around 4 months to be confirmed which I think is excessive.0 -

Hi @legalfreak22,
I'm very sorry to hear that you haven't received a response on this yet.
We don't like to request members details on forums so please could I ask you to send a contact form in again and put FAO Brendan?
I will then pick this up for you to take a look into the Moss Bros payment.
Kind regards,
Brendan

Hi Brendan,
Many thanks for this. The problem is now resolved to my satisfaction and Customer Services were great.0 -
Can someone explain the 'new' terms on Quidco's Christmas bonus event please seeings as they keep changing it.
Is it as long as you spend £12 collectively from the first 6 retailers ie, £2 each for example, or is it £12 per retailer? As I have spent collectively around £70 and says unlocked but not confirmed?
It would be nice to know in plain and simple terms what the promotion is.0
