I am sorry to hear you've had this issue.

Retailers are unable to decline cashback without a reason as to why. For further information on why your cashback has been declined, I would recommend getting in contact with our customer service team who will be happy to look into this for you.

All the tracking in the cashback industry is done through affiliate networks. If you are having an issue, it may be due to your internet browser settings. You can find advice on how to amend these in our help pages.

I do hope this has helped and the Quidco support team are able to assist.

Last year we helped over 4 million members earn cashback worth over £50 million on their shopping.

On an individual basis, obviously it depends on what you buy and from which retailer. However, on average, our members that use us for all their online transactions earn around £400 a year.

I'm confused with Boots offer - I have activated my in store card and shopped at Boots.

Is it not available for cash back?
