Quidco clicksnap for the "Free" cider is going through at £1 cashback instead of the £2 actual cost.
Hi JAG,
I do apologise that this has been paid at the incorrect amount.
If you could please contact our support team we can get this amended to the correct amount for you. You can do this by going to the "Support" tab on the right hand side of your account, and then selecting "Contact Form".
Kind Regards,

Unfortunately you cannot currently raise a claim for the missing PayPal cashback, however this should track into your account automatically within 7 days of the original cashback claim being raised.
If this has not happened could I ask you to please contact our customer support team? We can then get this added into your account manually for you.
You can contact the team by going to the "Support" tab on the right hand side of your account, and then selecting "Contact Form". One of our team will then be in touch within 24 hours.

Hi,
Thanks for your response. I think it would be helpful if that was explained somewhere on the site because I looked everywhere and couldn't find that info.
I raised the claim last Thursday so I will give it until the weekend before contacting the team.0 -

I do apologise about this, we have been having problems with our claims process.
Please do be assured that you have 20 weeks to make a claim with EE Home Broadband, and if you would like to contact our customer support team they will be happy to raise a claim on your behalf.
You can do this by going to the "Support" tab on the right hand side of your Quidco account, and the selecting "Contact Form". Once of our team will then be in touch within 24 hours.

I downgraded my account back in June, so why have Quidco still taken £5?
Did I miss the memo that stated that even basic members pay £5 a year now?
Unless they are trying to claim that as one bit of cashback for 10p has been sitting in my account since before my downgrade it doesn't matter that I haven't used any of the benefits of "premium" or had the features of being a premium available (such as faster payments), then frankly it is a rip-off0 -
Nothing to add now.0

Hi, There was an offer on Clicksnap for Butchers cat food showing in my account as valid for another 2-3 days. I have today purchased that food £3 but the offer has just vanished meaning I now cannot claim for it?
Can you tell me why that's happened and how you wish for me to claim that money along with another item on the same receipt - Carling Cider £2.
Having checked on an online forum it appears that I am not the only person this has happened to. It's hardly fair to advertise an offer and then to remove it prior to expiry.
Thanks

Hi there,
I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
Please could you confirm if you were trying to upload the receipt on the app or direct on the site?
I will then be happy to investigate this further for you.
Kind regards,
Brendan

The offer was on the website expiring 30th Oct. It was still there yesterday morning, but then vanished sometime in the aft/eve after I'd purchased the item.
It's the same for other users I've spoken to on a forum. There are screenshots avaialble to back this up.
It seems that this particular offer for some people has just vanished well before it's expiry time.
Thanks

Hi there,
I can see that this offer expired midnight on 28th October, meaning that unfortunately, you are not eligible for cashback on this product. I am very sorry about any disappointment caused by this.
I do hope this clears up the matter for you.
Kind Regards,
Josh

If the offer expired at midnight on the 28th, why when I tried to claim at 1900 on the 28th was the offer not there?
As you will well know, you have 7 days to claim an offer and it still should show when trying to claim but it doesn't. Can you please explain that ?
Can you also explain why I have a screenshot showing the offer was valid at time of purchase ?
Can you also explain why on a public forum a number of people have reported the same problem and also have screen shots to back this up?
I have made a purchase costing £3 where there was a valid offer for FREE cat food which I can prove and you yourself have confirmed. I would expect quidco to honour it's offer without the need for me to press this or take it further (as I'm having to do now)
Regards.

Hi @FightforyourRights,
I do apologise for the confusion caused with these messages.
Could I ask you to please upload your receipt, opting in for the cider offer, and then create a support message in your account letting us know that you have uploaded it, FAO Heather?
I can then add this in manually for you.
Kind Regards,

Hi @Kite2010,
The Basic account is still free, and no retention fee will be taken from a Basic member's account.
Could I ask you to please contact the customer support team? You can do so by going to the "support" tab in the top right corner of your account, and then selecting "contact form".
One of our team will then be able to have a look into your account and sort this out for you.

is there a minimum spend/requirement on the christmas bonus event?0

I'm very unhappy with Quidco. I've had a suit hire from Moss Bross from January still not confirmed. It was an in-store purchase made with a card. I complied with all the rules. Also, what's with the Cafe Nero confirmations? Two transactions and deadline for cashback has passed.
Then when you try and chase it up for some reason the drop-down menu on the Contact Form doesn't mention those two retailers. Also, when the you enter the sum paid it says 'this is not a valid sum'.
By the way, when you do try to chase it up, the warning in red tells you that some retailers are not adhering to their times. Well thanks for telling us now!
Please sort it out Quidco. or I'll lose my confidence in your service.0
