hi,
I requested a quidco pay-out. its the 1st time I have requested Amazon vouchers so had to wait those few extra days due to changing pay-out method.
my amazon pay-out page says 12th Jan "Paid by Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificate", but I haven't received an email with a code.
is it a matter of waiting the "10 working days" or should I be able to find the code in my quidco account somewhere?

Hi @pfpf,
Please be assured Amazon codes can take 10 working days to be emailed to you. Please also check your junk/spam folder to see if the email is there.
If you have not received your voucher after 10 working days, please contact us via the support tab on your Quidco account and we can certainly assist you further.

Hi there I posted a review about my experience with Tesco Car Insurance, my review was declined. The negative thing that I said was that the cashback took a long time to pay and that in my experience Tesco were slower payers than other companies Quidco work with.
This concerns me that they are not being balanced with with the reviews they publish. I would be interested to hear other peoples experiences as this has made me lose some faith in the reviews on Quidco. Has anyone else had to wait 9 months for cashback on this product?0 -

Hi,
I have noticed I do not always get you respond to my case and you have been helpeful.
I have contacted Vodafone on this matter who refuse to do anything on it. Complaint has been raised as I feel as though I have been falsely advertised to on this and as a result have a 24 month contract that is no cheaper than any other. I was drawn to Vodafone because of the £75 cashback and so far have been given no reason as to why my cashback was decline. I followed the instructions and tracked as expected

A friend of mine ordered the same deal and got his... why not me?

Please be assured emailing these codes to our member's registered email addresses is the most secure way to provide these vouchers.
We did experience some issues when we first made this change but these issues have now been resolved.

Can anyone help.
I have today had an email to say my email address has chnaged on quidco.
Yet I haven't changed it and can't log in as normal.
I have contacted quidco by email after eventually finding it on their site.
But would really like to contact them as obviously lots of personal details on my account and I think it's linked to my bank
Crazy that something so serious and there is no telephone number.
Hum.. Think I maybe closing me account after this is sorted.
So can anyone help with contact details.

Topcashback display them in your account section, and iirc don't email the code but tell you it's ready in your account pages for security.
Very surprised quidco don't do this.0 -

tells you all you need to know about their website that they think the very insecure email system is more secure than their website.
You are correct the Amazon vouchers are on the website with TCB.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0
