Not with HSBC directly but with First Direct. They accepted my DMP payments and reduced my interest "to a preferential rate" - 6% but they are the only ones still charging me interest and I can't seem to get them to stop :rolleyes:

I have to say that i am having a bit of a nightmare with HFC which is a member of HSBC. We have been paying monthly payments on DMP they are they only bloomin creditor to let their collection solicitors go for CCJ. They are also threatening us with charging order and order of sale:rolleyes:

i am managing to get some good help and advice at the mo to try and fight against them. it it is worth a try i cant just let them walk all over us without a fight. These people are hoping that that is what we will all do, just give up

We are paying what we can afford and they should just accept it;)

I'm just about to print off a CCA request to Welcome Finance, should I ring CCCS and ask them to hold the payments to Welcome until Welcome have provided the CCA?

I am not sure to be honest when I requested mine for a catalogue I run my own DMP and had two DCA after me so obviously stopped payment. I think the best thing would be to contact them and ask really - sorry!

we have an interest only loan/debt with Lloyds TSB - CCS is currently holding the payment as Lloyds can't find it - have written to them for the CCA and telling them its on the old Lloyds system - if they can't provide a copy of the CCA do we have to keep paying them? The problem is that the loan was secured on an endowment (that we cashed in as we thought we had paid it off but had paid off another loan instead (I know, thats why I'm here!)) and was also guaranteed by a family member, who we obviously don't want to be chased for the debt................
