Amazon are showing the tomtom XL version 2 Traffic edition at £169.00, the cheapest ive seen it having been looking for weeks HOWEVER they are also sowing the tomtom XL version 2 traffic edition WITH Western Europe Maps for £169 - a real bonus for no extra, ive never seen this sort of deal.0

Just ordered the very well rated Navman S50 3D from Amazon (£109).
Slightly cheaper at The Link (or is it TheLink? anyway, the useless bunch owned by Dixons...), but as they just stuffed up my order TWICE in a row and couldn't care less they won't see my custom ever again!
Honestly what a shower - my next day delivery from Sunday might possibly have been delivered Thursday if I let them have a third try. But could they guarantee me Thursday given the rubbish service so far... "shrug, probably"... did they care in the slightest if I just bought elsewhere instead... nope.
'The Link' you suck.0 -
Just ordered the very well rated Navman S50 3D from Amazon (£109).
And Amazon confirmed despatch yesterday, and delivered this morning.
So any reply emails from the 'The Link', any follow up phone call, anything at all? Of course not. They lost a customer for life and don't give a damn <sigh>.0 -
Just seen a Sat Nav in Asda for £50 I think its on offer until Xmas but this is the cheapest one I've seen0

The last few weeks I have been looking for a Sat Nav and eventually ordered on off a site.
Well mooching around looking for bargains today, Vat reduction day. I noticed on Ebuyer the navigo sat nav 5.3 screen and i am sure the darn thing was cheaper before today! Got no proof or cached page, but got a hell of a feeling its gone up in price!:eek:0 -
We have been looking at buying a netbook for our son and the same thing seems to have happened overnight!
VAT goes down so the price goes up to compensate. Was £314 including P&P, and now is £318 plus P&P while advertising that they have "New lower VAT prices"....I know maths was never my best subject but even I can see something wrong here, and most unfair.0 -

Snooper now offer this sat nav software for any PDA smart phone's with GPS connectivity. If you own a PDA, you can just buy the software and install it, instead of buying another gadged. It's very compact solution for £64.99. More space in the pocket too.
Swiss are aparently developing a breaktrough in sat navs, it's called GoTo and it should be on the market for 99.95 EUR (£87) when it's out. It is clean and beautifull.0 -
Mikey,
Get the Garmin Zumo 550! The Tom Tom has one flaw - if you want to use the "Traffic" feature you have to link it up to your mobile BUT it has a very limited number of compatible phones programmed into it and if your isn't one of them you're stuffed!0 -
Navman have a clearance sale on their website - but they do run out of stock very quickly - but sign up for the pre order and you will be notified when they come back into stock. The F10 is available at £29 for repacked version or £39 as clearance )originally £99). If you select the cheapest delivery (I think it was £2) it still arrived the next day via courier !
They also have deals on the following:
S30 £59, (£69 for 3d), £69 for deluxe,
s50 £79 (£69 for repacked)
S80 £99
s90 £129
I got the F10 - and its great for a cheap satnav!0
