I bought my DH a Navman F10 about 2 yrs ago and its just packed in on us. Took it back to costco who just gave me a refund. I'm now in a dilema about what i buy him to replace it. Have just seen the Navman S30 in TJ Hughes for £69.99 . Anyone know if this is any good & is this a good price for it. I know he deffo does not want a TomTom. thnx in advance.0

I'm not really bothered about a satnav rather than the speed camera aspect. IS it better to just buy say a snooper or road angel, given the price of updates?
Thanks0 -

I need european maps and am quite impressed with the Navman S200. It is on offer in costco. Anyone tried this?"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Hi,
Can someone please let me know the internal memory capacity for TomTom One V4 UK Mapping.
I'm wondering if I buy this one will I be able to upgrade to Europe Maps or not.
V3 with UK Mapping has only 512 MB so won't be able to upgrade Europe Maps on that.

It will probably be cheaper to just buy a unit with the Euro maps on it to start with as the extra maps often costs the same as a new unit.0

To have cover for mobile cameras / lazers you need a good radar detector or a good satnav like TomTom live and good usually = expensive:rotfl:"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Most sat navs only warn of fixed camera sites. IMHO anyone who can't see a fixed speed camera ought not be on the road.

just a little additionWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
