JDS will still take over your line on the 1/2/2006 ,as you are in the pipeline. The offer has only been withdrawn to completely new applications, not existing or pending customers.
If you at a later stage you CPS your calls to another supplier, the new supplier will do all the transfer paperwork for you, their is no need to contact existing supplier.Unless of course you have bill query etc.PF.0 -

As i said in my post above yoursand MSE indicates in his post no 289 in this thread. Existing customers and those in pipeline will still get the free calls . Its just they are not taking on any new customers for this deal.

That's what I thought but it's nice to have someone say it again to make me feel better!0

I'm looking for the cheapest way to make a small number of lengthy calls throughout the day as well as evenings, also, competitively priced mobile and non-geographic numbers would be good.0

Welcome to the Telephone Boards
Probably your best bet is https://www.call1899.co.uk for the daytime calls, 0p per minute with a 3p connection charge if you are with BT for your line rental.
For mobile calls and w/day 0870 calls use https://www.call18185.co.uk.0 -

Leave your line rental with BT.I am assuming you are with them.
Put your Peak 01/2 calls over 1899 3p a call irrespective of length.
Sign up with Primus Saver 2 for free evening and weekend 01/02 calls. Which will reduce the cost of your 01/02 calls even further!!!
Use 18185 for cheaper Mobile and Peak 0870 calls.
Use https://www.dialaround.co.uk 0844 access number to make cheap peak 0845 calls.
Use your BT override service 1280 to put your calls to 0845/0870 numbers back through BT at E&W as they are cheapest.
Consider investing in an Orchid Dialler.
Dont forget to reduce your BT tariff to OPT 1 if you have not already done so.PF.0 -
Thanks for the responses. I was hoping for a "one-size-fits-all" deal, does one exist?
I'm trying to keep things simple for the family.
Currently on BT Option 10 -
I think we all dream of a one stop solution, but there really isn't one at the moment!
I would also recommend an Orchid dialler, which after the initial programming cuts out all the fuss - you just dial the number you want and the dialler deals with it - simple!0
