I agree with jem16 - it does look as if you've been charged for an e-mail reply to something which is already on their site. Unfortunately the site is less than wonderful and it can be tricky to find the info' you want so I suggest if you need more details on a general topic, ask it from an e-mail address which they can't relate to you/your account! I've never had any problems with them which were not fairly quickly resolved. Can't comment about Primus.

What doesnt look cheap about Evening and Weekend Calls to 01/02 Geographical Numbers completely FREE of Charge. No monthly fee. With a decent Customer Service thrown in.

I assume you meant to say, ".... doesn't feature ...." rather than "does".

This would seem to be the diresction that most folk are going but if you check on my problems with JustDial's failure to communicate and the mysterious charge that they've made (possibly for a question I asked), then Primus may be a better, more transparent option. I've tried the email address that was suggested with, so far no answer, so I'll probably be going over to Primus.
