poor baby, big hug. as a mother of a daughter and having been about a bit as a girl, i can honestly say.... dump him, what a !!!!! if you invest another year.... and this happens again, one year of your life wasted... if you invest another five years and even a baby or mortgage and it happens again, missery ! no get a good one from the start... really think about you, and look at your self esteam issues. women who dont like them selves will return to a partner who makes them believe they are worthless, and some women like to be rescuers a man who cant cope ... blah blah blah so she helps him run his life..... dont bother, you need a well adjusted male... dont worry there are still plenty, but go for them young.. all the over 27's are snapped up

dump him with dignity. What a prat, he'll do it again and again and you will
be 20-30 years down the road saying to yourself why didnt i do it then.

I was 26 when i met my OH and he was 33 then and he is a diamond, so there is no need to fret.

So have you decided what you're going to do? Either way he needs to at least put some effort into making this right, even if you do tell him to sling his hook.
Does he understand why you are so upset, forget whether he meant it or not, does he see how it has affected you?
