But very wise words Mrs Tine. Everyone should have also have an FU fund whether you are happily married or not, you just don't know what is around that corner!

I thought it was excellent advice as well:D

Go out - have a walk, get some fresh air, have a coffee.

Talk to friends about other things, remove it from your mind for half an hour at least to give you brain some "breathing" space.

Go offline for a while and then come back and see what other people have to say.

Remember only you have the answer - even if it seems like you only have questions at the moment.

I think you are right, I will take the dog for a walk, and leave my phone and computer at home!.......ok maybe not at home, but in the car........or in my bag on silent?
No, it has to be left where I cannot see it..
I am due to see him at 2 (same time, everyday!) but should I miss it? I have so many questions though.....

How do you feel, not just about the email, but about the relationship in general? I could say get shut of him, or I could say stay with him, I don't know what the relationship is like?

I called my 2 best friends, but they jsut both want to kill him, so I am not sure they would be too constructive!:D I need to think. I do not even actually know if he still wants to be with me in fact, so maybe I dont need to think?

We were bickering a few days befoer the silence, but in general it is really good. We get on tremendously well (so I thought) and we had a chat about the bickering, and really sorted it all out (again so I thought!)

Don't take the phone, it'll make him sweat a wee bit if he is texting you.

Personally I wouldn't see him today, maybe tomorrow, make him think long and hard about what he has done.
