Just a reminder to everyone to PM for my address so that you can send your cheques to arrive by 7th January. I have only heard from 3 people so far & I won't be able to pick up messages between 24th December - 4th January. I suggest that anyone who isn't able to get their cheques to me by 7th Janaury for whatever reason makes an indpendent booking with the hostel to save confusion after we have made our group booking (just in case they can't fit us in a tthe last minute or something!

Re. the eating in the hostel if not residents, I don't know, it would be worth knowing the numbers staying there and then see if it is feasible to have more ppl coming in even if not residents, we would need to check with the hostel I think.

Otherwise, if not possible, it would have to be a really cheap meal out, an indian or pizza hut buffet or something like that...or meet up at a pub after an early meal?

I'd love to come for an old style meet, but as the dates will class with the NI met, I won't be able to come over and meet you all! Have a good time for me anyway!

Just thinking, if we can't all get there at the same time a meal like that might not be possible anyway. Or have something there that we could all dip into when we arrive or eat out (in other words be flexible about the food thing). Don't know if that's helpful or not!

I have still only heard from 3 people & received a cheque from one person.
I will not have internet access between 24th December & 4th January so will not be able to provide my address to any late-commers until the 5th, which might be leaving it a bit late to get cheques posted & cleared in time for booking the hostel. Please could all intested parties contact me over the next day or so.
