Good luck with the operation 160. Someone who lives near me and does appalachian clog dancing (in her late 40's ?) had one recently and after some rest time she is now back dancing!

Sorry everybody for my absence after posting about making decision, been swamped with work!

Hi Guys

I am happy to provide my address etc for posting cheques but would prefer to know who is definately comming and therefore how many cheques I need to collect to make the booking before people actually start sending me their money! I don't wantot be holding onto peoples money indefinately whilst others make up their minds
I don't know how would be best to go about this though as some pople obviously won't be able to confirm until they have childcare arranged and prehaps some people would prefer not to pay until after Xmas? Maybe post-dated cheques would be an idea, that way I won't bank them until the set date & it gives everyone a chance to make arrangements etc or cancel before the set cheque-banking date but does provide some sort of commitment to going ahead? Also I don't know how late we can leave booking?
