    Hello,

Happy Birthday Maisie, enjoy your meal out tonight.

PP- you poor thing, I've often been told that toothache is just about the worst type of pain there is, really hope the medication numbs the pain a bit.

Johanne- you are having a rough time, and your no.1 priority must be to look after yourself in terms of your health and your finances/home. Hope you've popped over to the benefits board as another poster suggested, sure they'll be a big help.

Elona-well done you! I lost over 2 stone with Slimming World in the 1st 4 months of this year, and that prompted me to become a Consultant myself. I LOVE helping my members lose weight, it's almost more of a buzz than what I got when I lost weight:) Good idea to put it in your signature, then we can see the good news each week.

I've not been that OS lately I must confess, have just been so busy! I did a load of washing today and hung out on airer, will do another load tonight.
    Sarah.

  • Hey

Well have been totally drugged up today and slept most of the day and it still hurts  the antibiotics should kick in soon and the infection should start clearing which will inturn (hopefully) get rid of the majority of pain. Ive never had toothache before and it is soooo painful-you just cant do anything at all-nothing knew there..lol

OH called the dentist and he cant do anything till next thursday as I need 5 days for the above to kick in and off Warfarin for 72hrs before he takes the tooth out-so am booked in for thurday at 10.30-you know what Im like with needles and because im on so many meds, he will need to get extra hands into help-whatever that means  I HATE DENTISTS!!!

Cleaner came today and did a good job. There were a couple of things she missed so will talk to her next week about it (she always missing a few bits with the duster/polish and you can see the dust-so will just be honest with her).

Havent eaten much today because of me tooth but made a nice Chilli con carne with OH's help :o and DD had egg fried rice...HM of course, with enough for about 3 jacket spud toppings :D Tomorrow am going to do a soup in the SC as I have a ton of leeks (thanks to OH..LOL) and a few other bits but will follow the soup thread and decide what to put in tomorrow. Also, OH is going to do 2 more batches of pizza dough, so that will be one for lunch and 3 for the freezer, and I think I'll get a fruit cake in there after too. DD wants to make some flapjacks which are nice and easy. Also have a few bits to put on ebay-just hope im feeling better

Thanks for all the lovely comments and love to all.

thanks for all the nice replies - feel little embarrassed.

Unfortunetly the agreement of my house means i HAVE to be working full-time and not on any benefits to live here. That was the first thing said to me before i even filled out my application. Therefore im a bit stuck. But im looking for somewhere else and my uncle has offered to store my furniture if worst comes to the worst and i have to move back home. So hopefully i can find a solution.

Still feel pretty rubbish.. had a friend from work (me and my now ex work together) text me early this morning to say hed heard we split up and to check i was ok... which i was pretty flabergasted about as as far as i knew only me and my ex knew as it happened at 1am after hed left work. When i asked my friend when he got told this and by who.. he told me he couldnt remember just some people talking about it and it was sometime before lunch last night (midnight!!) Therefore seems all my workmates knew id been dumped.. before i knew. So i dont know who he told but wish hed remembered that gossip flies fast in that place.. now i feel sooo embarrassed and hurt :(

URGH! I need to go out and get drunk but everyone i know is working or rubbish company in a situation like this... think its a night of junk food and rubbish TV on my own.

    Dear Johanne
It's rotten that on top of everything, others had been in the know before you. You are right to feel angry about that. But you seem, from reading your posts, to be a sensible person, and hard as it is, you can show dignity in the situation, and behave better than ex did.
Johanne, I am a Christian, and I will be praying for you.
    Hang in there
