Haier washing machines

Well after reading and researching online on my broken Haier , I was not suprized to find this thread .
Mine machine is less than 12 months old and no longer spins and makes one funny clicking sound , when it runs a full cycle suppose to a quick wash. I rang customer services twice , as the first time he was less than useless and the 2nd I got a little further .... CS said a engineer would ring me within 24hrs 48hrs later no call so rang CS again , they apparently chased the engineer . Mr engineer rings to book appointment well over 2 weeks since I reported it broke . My not so local engineer travelling over 2 hrs to try 2 fix this ......... is coming out Wednesday , lets see.
Not holding my hopes up. Going to print this thread off and show it my letting agent !! Going to recommend she gets a new one , otherwise I will buy my own !0
