Vodafone have just confirmed that this offer is only available to customer on a price plan of £40 or more per month. I have one contract with two phones totalling £65 per month and that doesn't qualify.

Reception with Vodafone usb pro dongle in Manchester about 3 bars, very stable and speeds are around 2.2-2.4 Mbps so much better than my 3 one which can have full reception but max only about 800kbps which is rare usually 300-500kbps ( I do get 1.8Mbps on 3 at 4am-5am)

FACT - all existing Vodafone pay monthly customers can have this offer!

All customers taking their first new agreement with Vodafone must be on a £40 a month to qualify.

This is one time when existing customers are getting a better offer than new customers.

It is a store only offer. its not available anywhere else and Crimewave proved everything I have been saying.

Spookily just treated myself to a new Pink Dell Laptop and it arrived today - somebody trying to tell me something???

I'm wondering why vodafone texted me with the offer then cuz I only pay £15 for 9 months and £25 for the remaining 3. Wait 'n see what they say. Will give them a call during office hours.
