    Please feel free to email me on editor@uswitch.com and I'll look into this for you. Virgin Wine codes are sent within 4 months and should be free when ordering from the site. However, there seems to be a problem with some customers charged delivery fees. If this is the case, please call Virgin Wines on 0843 224 1001 where their customer services team will be able to process the order minus the delivery charge.

    I'm afraid I can't answer why it happens because it's not an issue on our website. However, it is a technical issue I believe. We'd prefer for the process to be as smooth as possible so customers didn't need to raise the issue with us.

    If you have any other problems with your wine, it would be quicker to resolve if you email me on editor@uswitch.com or alternatively contact Virgin Wines.

    Maya. just noticed your note, for which thank you - I did not have a problem with the wine offer, (I was never aware of it), but with actually switching, which your company seemed incapable of progressing, as yet I have been give no satisfactory reason, I eventually received an e-mail apologising and offering me a wine voucher - no idea why and seemed a bit bizarre; if you check my correspondence, some of which remains unanswered, you will see why I am less than impressed with u-switch, my e-mails have not been responded to (despite being cc d to your CEO), and your pre-decessor who was looking into it has now moved!

    no, explanation, no voucher - shambles!!!

    good luck, I think your e-mail inbox by now will be pretty full :beer:

    haha, you can send me the promised wine voucher if you wish though :rotfl:

    Hiya,

    In some cases, the free wine vouchers can take up to four months to arrive so if it's been one or two, they should be on their way.

    If it has already been this long or you have any further questions about your switch, send us an email on [EMAIL="customerservices@uswitch.com"]customerservices@uswitch.com[/EMAIL] and we'll chase it up for you!

    I emailed customer services on wednesday about not having received a voucher but havent heard anything from them, I switched supplier through uswitch on 31st July, any ideas?
