  • Well this is fun

    The site doesn't work in Chrome and freezes constantly in Firefox and IE.

    Just about managed to add the crate, add the voucher and attempt to check out with numerous errors - now its taken me back to the beginning and guess what 'the voucher code has been used'

    Talk about making it as hard as possible!:(

    I've just had my codes sent through but when I go to redeem it is trying to charge me £6.99 delivery. I understood delivery was free, is there another code to remove the delivery charge?

    Lauren, thanks for your note, but I am so disappointed having sent e-mails and not even had a reply that I have totally given up with your company, I am sure that you try hard, and your intentions are good, but given that I sent my e-mail to your CEO, and copied him on my last e-mail, to have no reply, shows complete dis-interest in your customers

    I will be changing supplier, but not via u-switch, maybe you should re-name to u-seless

  • I switched a few weeks ago and have now received all the paperwork on my new dual fuel account but have heard nothing about the voucher. I know I've been informed on here that I should wait a few months but what I'm worried about is that I was told originally that I should receive an e-mail straight after I switched about the wine voucher but I didn't and despite e-mailing uswitch I still heard nothing. Can anyone give me advice please?
