Got the wine voucher code very quickly, paid 4.99 and the wine was delivered soon after. However, after one month I've heard nothing at all about my switch to Sainsbury's Energy. Anyone else had a similar experience?

I've been trying to contact Uswitch about never receiving a case of wine for months now and have never received any replies to my messages, even the special "wine" one. I still have the confirmation email saying that I am eligible. I also PMd Archna a couple of times to see whether she may be able to help and have not received a response, although I'm sure she is massively busy. Has anyone else had similar problems?

It's like Dropwines aren't in operation!

I received the voucher and used on the website - but the wine never gets delivered! I've tried to contact Dropwines on numerous occasions - no answer to either phonecalls or emails....

I've tried contacting uSwitch again, but no answer to emails and it seems that the telephone staff know not what to do....?

****UPDATE****
After almost giving up, I found another contact number for Dropwines that actually was answered courtesy of searching high and low on the internet - Number is 01954 214519

Spoke to [Removed] who found my case of wine smashed which had been returned and been left in the warehouse - Not actually sure why another one wasn't automatically re-sent out. Anyway he was very helpful and I received the case within 2 days of speaking to him.

Hopefully helpful to anybody who suffers the same problem.
