Switched from EDF to NPower in November through USwitch, the wine voucher email arrived today and was duly ordered for delivery this week. Just waiting for the Love2shop vouchers now, hopefully they will come while the sales are still on!! Switched on 1st September to EDF, contract started 28th September and 6th October,respectively, emailed uSwitch on 3rd Dec an had reply 5th Dec confirming 3-4 month until voucher is sent. Now, 4 months and 18 days later... still no voucher.0

More then 5 months...
Switched in August and still haven't received my voucher. Have tried using Maya's details from this forum and the Customer Services e-mail address from the U-Switch site but haven't received a reply. If there is anybody out there that can suggest any way of generating a response, let alone a voucher from U-Switch, please let me know!0 -
I switched today, the terms and conditions on the Uswitch page state:
"A case of wine will be supplied containing 12 x 75cl bottles with a value of at least £50, and will be supplied by our wine partner, Virgin Wines."
But I have received an email from Uswitch confirming my switch with a voucher for £60 off any £109.99+postage virgin wines crate.
This isnt what I switched for?! Having to pay £50 myself to get any wine?!0 -
Signed up late November with a Switchlate Dec/ early Jan (different dates for each utility) Received my love2shop vouchers end of Jan and emailed Uswitch re virgin wine offer. They emailed me a code & password which put a balance of £60 in my Vigin account but there are no £60 cases on the virgin website and delivery is additional despite an email confirming free delivery. So how does that work then? Have emailed Virgin, USwitch could do more to explain how to complete the offer.0

I switched from BG to Scottish Power via Uswitch back in Nov. Did have problems getting the right wine voucher and ordering and had to follow it through but now all ordered and on the way. Switch went smoothly too.
If any problems email Customer Services on customerservices@uswitch.com and I found them to be quite helpful albeit frustrating to have to contact them anyway.0 -
I switched Electricty from EDF to NPower using Money Supermarket a few months ago.Not aware of vouchers but not long after found £17.50 credit from Money Supermarket in my bank account.[could only be for the switch]
Everything went without a hitch. Quite pleased,now saving money on Electricity!
Am using Calor gas for central heating and hot water.My 2 year contract ended recently. A new contract came by post offering the current price of 56.8 pence per litre fixed for 3 months, after that variable. Shopping around found 2 quotes for 49.5ppl, and from Flogas 42.8ppl! Massive eleven pence per litre less! ie £110 off a1000 litre order. Put this to Calor and was told person who deals with these matters was not available that day but would get back to me in a few days.I pointed out that my bulk tank was getting low and I would need to order gas v.soon so unless price could be sorted that day I would be switching. Within 15 minutes phone rings -Calor! offer 42.5ppl fixed for 3 months plus £60 credit in one month. Down side, had to sign 2 year contract. Have had 1008 litres delivered since. Must admit Calor does give good service regarding deliveries. My advice to all,Barter, Haggle, even try it on, you have nothing to lose and lots to gain! Good Luck.:T0 -
Switched from E.ON to nPower using Uswitch towards the end of November, nPower confirmed that my electricity switched on the 31st Dec, still waiting on the gas. E.ON over estimated my final bill, by around £100, I didn't expect any less from them !
I received a Uswitch email today confirming that the switch had taken place and was given a voucher code and password, so I have just been onto the Virgin wines website and ordered my twelve bottles, so no complaints at all from me on that, as they are now on their way . Well done Uswitch.
Now just waiting for the love2shop voucher.
My £100 Love2shop vouchers arrived yesterday recorded delivery from nPower. So that's the wine and vouchers all sorted from my switch last November. Thank you again Uswitch :T0 -

Same here, switched over to Scottish Power Nov/Dec and haven't received a thing!!
Wouldn't mind but Npower offered me £75.00 in high street vouchers if I stayed....
Hope I ain't been conned.. :mad:
