    hmmmm, looks like Maya has become infected with 'donotreplytoemailitus', like her predecessor

    she asked for info by e-mail, I sent it, and quelle surprise, no reply, this company is a shambles!!!

    I replied to Maya's 'you have to wait 4 months' reply asking why they moved the goalposts and how they defined 4 months (I'd been told that it was 4 months billing last time I phoned) - lo and behold the next day the voucher arrived by email! Job done - wine should be here within the week. :money:

    Switched from E.ON to nPower using Uswitch towards the end of November, nPower confirmed that my electricity switched on the 31st Dec, still waiting on the gas. E.ON over estimated my final bill, by around £100, I didn't expect any less from them !

    I received a Uswitch email today confirming that the switch had taken place and was given a voucher code and password, so I have just been onto the Virgin wines website and ordered my twelve bottles, so no complaints at all from me on that, as they are now on their way . Well done Uswitch.

    Now just waiting for the love2shop voucher.

    Glad to hear all of the confusion is cleared up, and sorry about the misunderstanding. I believe my colleague cleared up the four month kerfuffle, it is four months after you switch:)

    Just to clarify, wine vouchers will take up to four months after you have successfully switched to arrive. If you have waited this long and still haven't received them, please contact me on editor@uswitch.com and I'd be happy to look into them for you.

    I'd also like to remind customers to check their spam. Unfortunately, some email hosts mistakenly send the vouchers to the junk box.

  • Hi!

    A few months ago EON knocked at my door. I said can I change companys as I had a large bill, salesman said yes!

    I signed the paperwork.

    Anyway as I owe several hundred to British Gas, they never allowed the change of compnay, so I was told a lie. Nice!
  • Well once the voucher does arrive, no problems - the case arrived the next day :beer:
