It takes up to four months since you switched for the voucher to be sent out. If it's been 4 months or longer, please drop me and email or give us a call and we'll look into it for you.

Not sure about switching gas and elec with Uswitch for wine. Maybe you need to drink a whole case and then you won't need your heating on as you'll be unconscious. Why do the utility companies make life so confusing and make it feel like there's a catch somewhere...??? I saw this website which saves more than £40 off a case of wine - you don't have to buy any more wine off them at all after getting your first delivery, nor do you have to enter the incomprehensible world of switching utility companies. No catch! brilliant.0

I applied to switch on 8th June which is now over 4 months ago and started receiving my energy from the new supplier on 14th July which was 13 weeks ago. I got my email at the start saying that I was entitled to the voucher for the free case of wine.
I still haven't received my voucher yet

I've just emailed the email address at the top of this email, having had absolutely no response from the uSwitch Customer Services email address. I switched over 6 months ago, and have heard absolutely nothing. Oh, and the switch was an absolute nightmare...
Why are customers having to chase this, and it isn't happening automatically? Strikes me as a somewhat cynical ploy to avoid having to give the free wine, and only give it when a customer remembers and chases it up over 4 months later?
Or am I too cynical?!?0
