  • I have signed up twice now to switch with uswitch dual fuel through MSE link to be eligible for wine offer. Twice because the first time, despite an email confirmation, my new suppliers had no record. Exactly the same has happened again. Uswitch have ignored all my several emails asking for a progress report. I phoned yesterday and spoke to Ade Bisi who told me the switch could only be checked by going through my new supplier. According to EDF this is simply not true. I have just sent a final ultimatum to Uswitch but am not holding my breath and seriously researching another switch company. Be nice if Uswitch could find time to reply!

    The only place the wine should be mentioned on the website is on the very first page you hit on uSwitch when you come from MSE.

    It will also be mentioned in the confirmation email we send you after you've switched (it's towards the bottowm of the email).

    If it's not there, give us a call or email the address in my profile and we'll look into it for you.

  • Hi Lauren, i switched via the mse link a few months ago - still not had a voucher though. I switched gas & electricity and definitely used the correct link. I emailed the address in your profile but have had no response after a couple of weeks. Can you help?

    Jan 2011 install 4 KWp PV panels plus Schuco sunny boy inverter. June 2018 installed Zappi2 car charger. Sept 2021 installed near 20Kwp TRINASOLAR panels three SunSynk inverters and 20KWh SunSynk batteries. 
    March 2022 installed two Grant Aerona3 Air source heat pumps. 
    Nov 2022 installed Ohme EV car charger (2nd charger)  running

  • I switched on may the 12th, Duel Fuel through the Link on MSE. The T&C said the voucher could take up to 4 months, I have patiently waited (twiddling fingers) and it has now been 4 months and 1 day and still no voucher?
