    Hello everyone,

Penpin - lovely to see you're back at home. I hope by now you've been able to get some sleep: take it easy and rest, and I hope you feel better soon :)

Not too sure what is planned for today. It looks sunny, so might make a start digging borders in the front garden, but I also need to have a look through my old clothes to see if I've anything summery that will fit me before I buy anything new. I've lost weight so not sure what is fitting me just now :o Wedding is only a few weeks away now so need to start getting all my holiday clothes together! I also need to make some cards (papercraft ones and a sewing one) for birthdays that are coming up, so I need to find my pattern books. Need to put on the WM as well and take a trip to the shop. It could be a busy day if I ever decide to get off the computer :D

Soup for lunch I think, and pork for tea.

Have a good day everyone - *hugs* to all, take or leave as you please :)

    Good morning gang.

Sunny but windy here, I should check if the towels I pegged out yesterday are still on the line, or if they have made a bid for freedom.

Pen-Pin, lovely to see you starting the daily, let's hope the test results are good ands that you begin to feel better.
Smoky, sounds like it's been one of those weeks....have a hug..(()).

Although I keep saying this, I must make a start on packing, OH and I go away on Tuesday for a week. A couple of months ago, I bought a new travel kettle (reduced in Boots) heavens only knows where I've put it...it's vanished.

Hester, did you enjoy a night of peace?
Tru, how are the piggies doing?
Catowen, have you any LO's with you next week or are they all starting after the holiday?
Bethebee, check at your tip, if trailers are allowed. At ours, van and trailers have to apply for a permit, although cars are let on no problem. It does have a notice up as to the rules, so I'd check before you load the trailer.

    Hugs to all.

    Good morning all

Glad you are home PenPin and I hope that the pain eases soon.

We are off out to the DIY shops today to buy a new thingy for the toilet... not sure what it's called but OH is going to fix it! Whilst he's doing that I'm going to plant some seeds and do some cooking and cleaning. For dinner we have Jack Daniels ham-I bought one of those new sauces and we are marinating our ham joint in half a bottle of that, yummy. We have left it overnight and I'm going to check on it in a moment! The rest of the sauce will probs be frozen or used on chicken in the week :)

Hope you have a lovely Sunday and hugs to those who need/want x

    Hi everyone,

smoky, good to see you posting.
Shez, the price of eggs, all food really, is frightening
betheebee, good luck with sorting out the house.
jannyannie, squiggly and donny-gal, thanks for pic and the advice for ds2. I’ll have a look for some of the books you suggested. He’s an avid reader and loves non fiction books…he was reading the Guinness Book of Records yesterday and I think that may be what set him off. He’s still a chatterbox this morning but thankfully not asking so many questions. :D

It’s a gorgeous morning here, not a cloud in sight. As the crow flies, I’m not that far from the rest of you but the weather always seems so different. Usually it’s us with the rain. I’ve been out and fiddled with the plants already. My biggest cucumber is now five inches long! :j

I’m going to make some bread this morning and later we’ll pop round to Dad’s for a coffee, then not a lot else planned for the day. If the weather stays like this we might take the boys for a walk on the beach.

I hope you all have a lovely Sunday.

    Pink
