I made this one for friend's baby. It took 3 months do it in the evenings after work (I am not quick, I know)

Now I am making another one. It is taking even slower as I don't have a deadline by when it has to be done - I enjoyed making the first one so much, decided to do another one just for fun! (I think it is this one - I took a few pics ion the shop to decide which one I like most later!!!)

That looks brill Bun Bun I'm sure your parents will love it. I would love to have a go at stitching a photo! My mum and dad celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary this year so maybe I could do one of their wedding for their 30th. It would give me plenty of time if I got it started in the new year hehe. Although I've promised myself that the first project I do in the new year will be for myself as all my pieces have been for others so far!!

  • Oh my, how did I miss this wonderful forum?

I've bookmarked it so that I can start at the beginning and look at all your wonderful cross stitch projects :)

I love doing 'hummels' and as a special treat ordered one from the local shop last week. I've now found a link on this forum that would have enabled me to buy it for £8 less :(
Just when I think I've graduated from the school of experience....someone goes and thinks up a new course!
