Thanks Bo. I have to say so far aqua have been quick with accepting and sending out my agreement but vanquis on the other hand are slow,im assuming that they have has a lot of applications.Its well over a month now and nothing.

Well, I checked my Experian report today and they are 2 HSBC searches showing on there dated today ... but both are showing as unrecorded enquiries .. Am i correct in saying they don't count as offical credit searches (if you know what I mean) .. I didn't really want my Experian file to have another search on but if it doesn't count I suppose that's something .. Haven't checked my Equifax file yet to see if one if on there as well ..

Tory, an unrecorded enquiry is exactly what is sounds like, it is only visible to you and Experian.

The letter said to wait five working days, and as hard as it has been I've managed it. Tomorrow I'll call them should I need to. I hope I don't have to though, I hate using the phone:(

It is frustrating isn't it .. My Aqua card and PIN took about 2 -3 weeks to turn up. I phoned and they said it should be with me but to give it a few more days ... I think it was just slow in being processed and ordered ... It did eventually turn up and all was well ..

I got a £200 limit, just waiting for the card to arrive
