ps i think its a bit of a lottery with credit card applications, my OH applied for aqua in may and was declined straight away, yet in july he applied again and was accepted straight away, and there were no changes in the credit files of either of us or in any other circumstances but i have noticed that the times we have been accepted its always near the mid/end of month do they have to take so many a month as accepted??? i wonder:j who knows how they work.

    i just noticed i have a star now:beer: ;)

I'm sure others will back me up on this...too many applications in a short period of time looks to the lender like desperation, if I were you I would leave it 6 months and try applying for maybe just 1 card. HTH.

well done on the current account, a step up the ladder!

im sorry i dont know anything about payday loans, hopefully somenone else will be along soon x
  • i know it doesnt help you now but if you have a credit union in your area, once you have been saving regularly with them they can be a good way of getting a small loan at a good rate.

Well the MBNA appeal letter has been drafted and printed. So I just have to post it now and await their decision.

Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.
