Did you arrange a time with him? If so I can understand him being a bit !!!!ed off. I would however make it clear that he cannot sort the stuff at yours, he needs to remove it and sort it in his own time/space. I would also remind him that he needs to pay what he owes otherwise you'll be taking him to court.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0

B_L said she'd be in from 4 I think, and hadn't heard anything since she sent that.If it rains, it rains.

I have been reading and not commenting but he really is having a laugh - he needs to inspect photo's in case you have damaged them !!!???!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
So the damage he has done to your property is OK???
And you can't even have been out for 2 hours looking at the time difference between posts. Does he really expect you to put your life on hold for him??????
And as for what we are going to do for amusement once B_L goes on her travel - Can't LovelyNeighbour keep us up to speed with the goings on:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0 -

While I agree BL should not have to put her life on hold. Staying in from 4 as she told him, for one night is not a massive sacrifice and would ensure he was out of her hair today and stop dragging it out.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0 -
He could have been in touch and said "I will be round at Xpm" - that would have been the polite, adult thing to do.
It's the same as if she'd been inconvenienced at home for five minutes with him knocking on the door.0 -
Yeah - I rushed back for 4pm and still didn't have any reply to my question "what time do you think you'll be round?". So at 6pm I had to nip down Sainsbury's to buy food. Since he hadn't given me a time, and I'd already waited 2 hours, I really didn't expect to miss much.
It seems I only just missed him... whereas if he'd just said "I'll be there at 6:15", I would have arranged things around him.
Staying in for one night isn't a problem. But his only indication so far has been "I'll come round to pack Saturday and collect Sunday" - so that mean I have to stay in all weekend without food?Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
"I'll have to inspect photos etc you have moved to make sure you haven't damaged any."
I know that offence can often be the best defence but this churlish little unmentionable has really taken il biscotti now.
It was obvious to me that he wouldn't dare come to the house while B_L has guests there. Not when she revealed that she's bagged up his stuff and discovered the true awfulness of his porcine squalor. He arrived (or pretended to) precisely because he knew she was out and could then get all indignant about it or why send him bloody messages to tell him in the first place?
I would be sorely tempted to put his rubbish out in the front-garden, maybe under a tarpaulin if I was feeling generous and let him collect it at his leisure.0 -

Didn't realise you have asked for a time and he hadn't replied.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0 -
Actually, I have a better idea than the tarpaulin one. It's quite chilly out tonight and it would be so lovely and amusing to have a bonfire out there to toast some marshmallows on, what with having guests and all. Now, I wonder what could be used for fuel instead of buying some wood and firelighters? * scratches chin pensively*0
