Just caught up on the last 20 or so pages - and was getting very interested in the last couple of pages to realise that tonight was the key day and to find out what would actually happen tonight, I finally catch up ready to keep up with it 'live' and find out nothing is happening at all!

Did he know everything was downstairs before he arrived? What makes him think he can pack up one day and move the next, I feel sorry for any LL who takes him on as a tenant or anyone who takes him on as a lodger actually.0
