Big Badger House (aka Noisy Lodger) HE'S GONE!

Oh dear... it's my birthday today and I'm feeling rather lonely! The ex has been emailing or texting me every day recently (we agreed not to communicate while he's away but he apparently can't help himself), but I've not replied and I'm feeling a bit sad again now. I think I miss him
Snap out of it, Badger!
We had the obligatory houseparty on Saturday night - some of my friends travelled up from their respective home cities and my mother and sister both came to stay too. ClumsyLodger made vodka jellies and brought her boyfriend, who turned out to be amazing at karaoke!
One slightly awkward moment, quite late on when everyone was drunk: I took a group of friends for a tour of the house and opened the dining room door to find ClumsyLodger and her BF sat there alone across the table. I instantly apologised and closed the door, but one of my friends said that ClumsyLodger had clearly been crying... I didn't mention it to her - she went to bed soon after.
Everything's been OK since though, so perhaps it was the drink!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

Happy birthday BL!Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott
It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?

Happy Birthday BL.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Stop reading those flaming texts and emails from the ex! He's either current-BF or ex-BF and if he can't make up his mind I think you should make it up for him.
p.s. Happy Birthday!0 -
