Hey, just noticed that Boots has a clock next to it on Quidco. Apparently this means "rate ending soon." Any clues? Is it going up / down or out?

Hi sorry i can't find who it was that said they had Sciatica on here and that they had some good results from homoeopathy but can you pm me with details of what you took etc my mum is very bad with it and nothing is working. I asked in boots and the SA on the pharmacy and she didn't have a clue she said there isn't anything she could take other than Ibuprofen.
    snipped----.
Just a short-term measure until she finds something better - I find ibuprofen with codeine is good for a lot of things (until she can find something stronger/better). Best to check on packet what other medicines/conditions you can/can't take it with. HTH.

Customer services are saying that as the spit does not specify/exclude any particular time delay range that it can therefore be used on the mens and the SA just needs to over ride the till.

I'd try again tommorow if you can get in and ask for a manager or a CS call to be made if the SA refuses :)

Thankyou broclo, i tried telling them that it doesn't say that it can't be used on mens stuff, so she got another sa to ask supervisor and they said it can't be used, they don't like me at that store, its the same one who took my card off me

Yes I did ask it didn't I ? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Can't survive a trip to Boots without a bottle of water in my bag (I swear the staff think I am swigging vodka in there) and a cup of tea when I get back.

When to spend my 2 till spilts today, was very disappointed when the time delay shelves were empty, but had a look with the hand care stuff and there was loads of time delay hand cream.

This is getting to be the norm, and it's really not on.:confused: Boots online really need to get their act together.

It is the packing thats the problem, but they always blame the courier. The courier only transports them, it's Boots that collects the items and puts them in the box.

If you get the same response as me you might as well save your breath. They really dont seem to care if stuff is wrecked, dirty, damaged, wet, messy. They just say send it back or return to store. I was really looking forward to my delivery as it was treats for Me. My disapointment apparently counts for nothing.

You cannot put a sticking plaster on a big wound, if you do it will continue to bleed.

They ought to solve the problem, not just ignore the symptons.

100% correct! 6months ago customer services would have done their utmost best to either replace or exchange the products and if that was not possible then refund but now they really do not want to know-partly because of so many possibly exaggeratted(sp) complaints.I had a similar issue a few days ago but nothing could be done at all and it left me disappointed and reluctant to place an order online again-The lady kept saying maybe I can offer you a few points but it wasn't points I was after just a simple exchange:confused:
