    A quick question:

Does the 75 points on £10 spend from the ACM works for mobile top-ups??

I never tried so please tell me that I lost a lot of points. (I read on the back and it doesn't say anything about top-ups)

I thnink so, since it counts towards total purchase to get a till spit. (However it may not work with the current orange offer for extra points.... not sure though about this part.)

Today one lady in front of me got one of those homeshopping channel ironing board covers for £1.25. It took me some time to do my (separate) transactions and on my way out I decided to check it out. However she was standing by the stand with the security guy... I am not sure what happened but in the stand it was marked £4.99 and he was pointing to the price and to the cover. I did not stick around to check what had happened, since it was really none of my business. But I was curious since that was such a good price.

Hear hear mrsproudmum, I hope more than their teeth fall out!!

Seems to be a lot of problems around today, not a full moon is it.

The only good thing to come out of it will be that you are never likely to leave your card in the machine again. You have learned the lesson the heard way, so very sorry to hear what happened to you. :lovethoug

I tried to get the Mens Time Delay with till spit but SA said NO, it doesn't work with all time delay. :(:(
I was so hopeful that I will finally get OH something so he will not coment on my spending at boots...

My order placed Saturday it should come on the 21st. I can't wait to see it at home (hope it will come in the afternoon because I don't know if in the morning is anyone at home)

Well I've just managed to get more Men's Time Delay.... got more face wash and aftershave balm. Also got some moisturiser but had to pay £1.79 extra for these.

The tills had an override sticker on them, so SA's obviously knew I'd be back to repeat last week's efforts!

I've spent all my spits now, although I did give 3 to a friend going to Trafford Centre tonight hoping to find some TD wipes. I can but dream.

I'll actually hoping that no-one gives me anymore tomorrow....I can't stand the idea of not 'spending' them.

Roll on Wednesday......hopefully be able to stay away from Boots for at least 24 hours

Does anyone know if stamps should count towards total spend for till spit purposes. Bought a book of stamps on my way home ( went to Boots on purpose !) Anyway added a pack of cough sweets ( which I didn't need!!) to make it up to £5 however no till spit.I know you don't get ACM points on stamps but did think it counted towards total spend. Even SA was miffed!?!

Have checked ot CPG's first posts but couldn't find reference to this.

No bannana boat Aloe gel so will try another store tomorrow~DD pending of course !
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

Well, I asked the SA today about it and she said they do not count towards anything. I decided not to try because they only sold pack of 12 stamps. So unfortunately I cannot be really sure.
However, if your total was above £5 and the till did not give you a till spit nor did it make a mention in the receipt, we are out of luck unfortunately. We still have top-ups that count for till spit and totals, so it is not so bad.
