Mrsproudmum, it might be worth a phonecall to CS about the HC discount that you would have got if you hadn't needed to cancel your card, they might be able to do something about it if you still have your receipt and explain the situation eg: put some points on your card to make up the amount you had to pay extra. They should be able to bring up the transaction on their computers if you give them the receipt number.

I know that receipts can be validated to allow you to still collect point offers while you are waiting for a new AC, but I'm not sure what happens about HC discounts etc, maybe someone here will know.

I did ring Cs when i got home to triple check my card was cancelled:rotfl: and to ask what the procedure is if anyone tries to use my card...i tried to suggest they called the police and have them arrested :rotfl: :mad: but they do not.
I did mention the pull ups saga but she did not offer anything but i will press for that one when my card arrives and i ring to put my points back on it:T

I tried to get the Mens Time Delay with till spit but SA said NO, it doesn't work with all time delay.
I was so hopeful that I will finally get OH something so he will not coment on my spending at boots...

My order placed Saturday it should come on the 21st. I can't wait to see it at home (hope it will come in the afternoon because I don't know if in the morning is anyone at home)

Did you ever receive the email saying it had been shipped? I didn't get that yet.

Edit: Not 10 minutes after writing this, the delivery showed up! How odd. I had finally figured out how to find the tracking number on the Web site, and intended to check it so I could be sure to be home when it was coming. But it never showed as dispatched!

And three of the items came really dirty, one with this white paper stuck to it, like there had been a label or sticker on it that they pulled off and couldn't get all of it off. Really shoddy looking for EA stuff that cost 14 quid a pop! They look like something dug out of a bargain bin at a flea market.
