Total was above £5...£5.01 to be exact:p No mention on reciept re till spit !! Shall not be going out of my way to go to Boots to get my stamps....lesson learned. Not too bad as needed stamps anyway but didn't need the cough sweets nor the detour onto the shopping estate/complex ( whatever it is called!)

Edit: Not 10 minutes after writing this, the delivery showed up! How odd. I had finally figured out how to find the tracking number on the Web site, and intended to check it so I could be sure to be home when it was coming. But it never showed as dispatched!

And three of the items came really dirty, one with this white paper stuck to it, like there had been a label or sticker on it that they pulled off and couldn't get all of it off. Really shoddy looking for EA stuff that cost 14 quid a pop! They look like something dug out of a bargain bin at a flea market.

This is getting to be the norm, and it's really not on. Boots online really need to get their act together.

It is the packing thats the problem, but they always blame the courier. The courier only transports them, it's Boots that collects the items and puts them in the box.

If you get the same response as me you might as well save your breath. They really dont seem to care if stuff is wrecked, dirty, damaged, wet, messy. They just say send it back or return to store. I was really looking forward to my delivery as it was treats for Me. My disapointment apparently counts for nothing.

You cannot put a sticking plaster on a big wound, if you do it will continue to bleed.

They ought to solve the problem, not just ignore the symptons.

mine didn't work on £10 orange top up on Sat nor did i get the 150 points glitch either, have to say she faffed around alot (SA) so it could work but maybe she didn't scan properly

it works... i'm using this voucher every time we pop up our phone...duoble points voucher works as well...

hi i went to boots today to use the last till spit and there was no wipes or toner or cleanser any thing that was there was very expenisve and not stuff i would use. So i got some facial wash for men and took it to the till to be told that you can't use the till spit for this, what can i do about it, as there is nothing else i can get.

Customer services are saying that as the spit does not specify/exclude any particular time delay range that it can therefore be used on the mens and the SA just needs to over ride the till.

I'd try again tommorow if you can get in and ask for a manager or a CS call to be made if the SA refuses

I have got some mens time delay with my till spits, the vouchers beeps, however I pointed out that there are no exclusions on voucher..when I tried it the fab Sa offerrred to ring CS there and then for me which she did. Mine was a bit more of a palava than having the till overridden but I did get my items using the till spits. CS agreed that there were no exclusions.
