Successfully getting some of the better glitches often depends on if the SA you pick is willing to try. Its sometimes sensible to buy some other things to 'disguise' your bargain. If the SA won't put it through, please don't make a fuss - they are only doing their job. Just try again another SA / store / day. It is a good idea to try and make a friend in a SA if possible.

I am being so good with my bootsing at the mo. cash flow a bit tight this month so anything i am desperate for i can pay with points. was definately about time to reign it in as it's so easy to spend loads in there
the hard bit is making sure it's on stuff you need.

The reason i am here.... Went into boots with my mum who had had a problem with some items, will not go into details as boots spies. boots do the usual exchange without a receipt only at current selling price, blah blah.

was not very happy as this would have left her at a loss. We came home and found a telephone number on the pack so we could speak to someone from the company.

We had a more than satisfactory response from them and a result, one happy mum.

The point i am making is that sometimes boots do not take complaints of faulty items/ irritation etc as seriously as we would like or we do not get the desired outcome.

The companys that manufacture these items seem to care alot more and don't just have a blanket policy.

so the saying ALWAYS READ THE LABEL could benefit us more than we think. If you have not had or do not think you will get a good response from boots contact the manufacturer instead.
