Hiya :hello:
The weather has been lovely here today.
I've even got my flip-flops on!
I've been pretty busy today, after taking the girls to school I drove to the tip to get rid of the carpet from the front room and then did a bit of shopping in Home Bargains. I've done my schoolwork and given the house a good mop/dust/vacuum and had a grocery delivery from Mr T with quite a few bargains too.
Tonight's tea started off as lamb stew and then turned into a sort of Morrocan lamb with rice and was a huge hit, even DD2 finished before the rest of us. Then we had meringue, strawberries and squirty cream for desert which is our current favourite.
Im in work for the rest of the week and I'm planning to make bread with my class tomorrow, wish me luck!
Have a good evening.

Evening all.
It's been a corker of a day in the cursed south. In fact it's been so warm that I took one of my fleeces off  God forbid I have to take the boiler suit off
I've finally got the bungalow emptied and cleaned out so that's another chapter of life done with. I'm now on my hols (again
) until next Monday so tomorrow I'm off to the badlands of Yorkshire to visit, amongst others, mi mam and mi dad. Hopefully mi mam will have some bread and dripping waiting for me, and if I'm really in luck, she might have some tripe in the 'fridge
That's got me drooling so much that I might go now
Have a good evening all.
Man try

Evening all :hello:
Thinking of all the posters with truobles and worries, especially Mrs Mix, Candygirl and smoky.xxx
Twink, I think we do benefit from the gulf stream and are quite sheltered at the top of the loch.
Churchie, I'm so pleased that Pink behaved herself. I'll speak to her tonight for all the juicy details.
I had a dreadful night's sleep due to a recurrance of a problem I'm having with my neck. It's been fine for a while but I got stuck on the sofa last night and couldn't move.
During the night the pain spread into my back and down my arm and my fingers got pins and needles.
I had alot to do today though so just dosed myself up with mega pain killers but I think I'll go to A&E tommorrow.
All my items are ending tonight on ebay so I need to parcel 17 parcels tonight. Already posted 5 today. I really need to do some ironing but might leave it till tommorrow. OS wise today I did some gentle weeding and general tidying up.
Tea tonight was spag bol and we ate it in the sunshine on the decking.
I'd better go and get these parcels done.
Take care all

Haribo hugs to you hope you feel better soon.
Pink1970 hugs to you too and to anyone else who wants one.
It's been glorious here. Have ironed, dusted, hoovered, studied and been to my allotment. Parsnips now sewn hopefully they will come up soon. It's so quiet here, OH has gone to the pub with DSS.
Off to bed to watch TV I think. Sleep tight all.

EEEEEEEEW! i have eaten tripe once in my life - about a cm square Mum wouldn't tell s what it was but we still hated it. when i lived in sarf london i used to go to deptford market and there was tripe of many hues hanging from the stalls - shudder - have a great trip
TNG - if you forget your kit tomorrow you'll have to run in your pants
CM - what a lovely day :T :T :T
the two women who sit opposite me at w*rk talk to themsleves and I end up incorporating whatever they;re saying into what I'm typing. Another whistles like a navvy - grrrrr!
dd11 is going on a trip in two weeks time but hasn't brought me home any info about it - hmm she let slip yesterday that while I thought she would be away for a week it is actualy only three days - i can't have read it properly last year cos that's £176 for three effing days! - one of the activities had better be diamond mining is all I can say! It also turns out that I will be away on the morning that she goes - i have booked a camping trip to canterbury and normally she stays at dsis's and walks to school from there but I think it might be a bit of a drama to send her off on her own with her suitcase - time for mr SharingCaringDad to step in methinks.
it turns out that pretty much everyone i know who went away or stayed at home for the weekend had glorious weather whereas i seemed to have taken my own personal rain cloud camping with me at the weekend - can i suggest that none of you go to canterbury the weekend after next in case it follows me again
hugs to all those having bad news days or weeks and anyone else who'd like oneI'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080 -
I'm off to bed now, just came back on for a wee catch up. I'm pooped
Did loads of digging this afternoon but still haven't finished digging the weeds out of the back garden
DH says I can do some girly weeding tomorrow when I get home from work (thinning out seedlings in my raised bed ) Threw together chicken fried rice for tea and it was scrummy with lots of honey chilli sauce
Hope everyone has sweet dreams, see you all tomorrow
