Oh lordy, decisions, decisions, decisions :rotfl: not thought of it in that context before, as I;m on a new adventure, I feel all 3 apply to me, although I guess that's not how it works, I'll have to reconsider which one is my priority, thany you for giving me something to think about.

BB, my problem is I work a shift pattern which includes nights, this plays havoic with my eating, sleeping pattern, I'm a bit of a nibbler, especially during nights, eating crisps, chocolate etc, etc, so I thought, if I took "healthy" cake or something it may replace the craving, however, I'm open to all kinds of suggestions.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

Hello peeps. :hello:
Trust your all having a wonderful day, missyg, as the advert says, every little helps, so take pride now matter what you've lost, at least you haven't put it on.
I've not managed to do any exercise today, I went shopping to my local spice centre and stocked up on some ingredients, pasta, rice, etc, then off to Argos and bought a food processor, then went and purchased some utensils, although I may not require everything I purchased today, I'm happy with what I have, at least I have the basics, which is more than I had this time last week.
I'm going to have to be careful, some recipes I've taken from certain threads, on MSE, although they look easy to make, I've made the fatal mistake of not realising they are heavy in fat / sugar/ oil.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

Has anyone got the instructions for a weightwatchers pedometre? I have the pedometre but can't find the instructions: I no longer want it - anyone who does let me know and I'll send it to you
(but I haven't any instructions on how to programme it)
10past: the sw or ww cakes are a good option, it was the other one I thought wasn't really what you might be after given you want to lose weight: you are doing just fine: the greatest adventure starts with the first step. It's great you want to get into home cooking.
Yeah, you're right Victory:D. Seemed a strange rule to me too missy - they seemed to think it would take me 10 mins (?) to change and wasn't worth it (isn't that for me to decide?)I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Anyone using a wii fit at all?0

Hi everybody
Hope you are all well.
Can I post a 4lb loss this week please- but not a contender for slimmer of the week - this is me just losing the 4lb I put on last week due to my over-eating.0 -
bb I have got the ww pedometre instructions, what do you want to know?:D
shall I PM you with it?I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Hi all,
I manged an 18 mile bike ride in under 2 hours yesterday - I was really chuffed! Might have overdone it though because my right leg seized up before I got to toddler group today. I usually get 3/4 of the way home before that happens! Felt fine yesterday though so not sure whether the 2 are related.
10past6 Shift patterns can be a real pain when it comes to , well, pretty much everything - eating, sleeping, exercise etc! Personally I find that reducing carbohydrate really helps with cravings. In fact food often becomes a kind of non-event for me - if I'm really busy I have to put up reminders to make sure I eat (I was once caught out!). I occasionally snack on nuts, chicken legs, strawberries and the odd pepperami stick, but most of the time I don't need to. Omlettes, and stir frys are quick and easy meals and its straight forward to add whatever veg is in the fridge. In fact stir-frys are pretty good low carb or not! They're so flexible. I know low carb isn't for everyone, but if you're really struggling with cravings it might be worth a try!
