hi erlqueen- welcome back from whenever you left! Godd plan chucking the bad stuff away, theres two big galaxay chocolate bars in the house, before i thought about eating better i wasnt interested, now i am! wierd.

    Hope everyone is ok today!

Beanie: When i make a stir fry, i cut the strips of chicken in the wok with a bit of good oil in the bottom. Cook that through, add the veg (buy it in a bag ready chopped) throw that in, add some boiling water, add an oxo cube, add some sauce, you can by stir fry sauces which we use. Then we put in the bean shoots followed by noodles. Something along those lines!!

    Thanks for the thanks suggs!

    Love

Hey Suggs good luck getting under 16st.

You may have spotted that just a few pounds under that is my main milestone getting under 100Kg (I'm a metric sort of guy) - and that is at 15St10.

After that its a bit of a slog down to 14st4 or under 200lbs - that may be a long long haul for me

    Hi peeps :hello:

Tonight I'm going to take some cod and salmon out of the frezzer, I'd like to make a fish pie tomorrow, does anyone have any recipe idea's please.

Also, once it's cooked, can I refreeze half of it for next week?

    Thanks

I am sure that more professional peeps will come along in a sec to offer their advice, but my general rule about refreezing things is that if you have changed the state of it (ie defrosted it and then cooked it), then it is ok to refreeze, but if you have defrosted cooked fish and then used it in something, I am not sure I would refreeze it (also fish can get quite 'fishy' if you freeze and then defrost).
