I am happy to report a 1.5 lb weight loss today.

We are off to Holland tomorrow for a week so won't be posting my weight next week. Good luck everyone for their weigh ins this week.

Once again thank you so much to everyone for the sympathy and support. You don't know how much it meant to me!

    Love

Tagz .... dodgy scales? Usually weigh less in the morning than the night before (not that I ever weigh myself in the evening obviously -- we all knowthat once a week on the scales is QUITE enough) :o

tagz, I wonder in the over night weight gain is due to your bodies conversion of food from your last meal to other matter (fat, water and poo:o ) that actually weighs more than the meal that was sitting in your stomach last night?
But as missgy says, its the over all picture over a month that is the best guide - minor fluctuates are always anomolies. Mr BB weighed himself this morning 1st thing, and an hour later after his shower and 1 cup of tea was 1lb heavier. My only question was 'why did you weigh yourself twice?' And clip round the ear too of course.
    Eagerly awaiting the recipe granny:D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Well I'm on a high at the mo. Done 36mins on the crosstrainer and been trying on my old clothes. I can get into some for the first time in years. Not the height of fashion but these dresses bring the memories flooding back. Got me even more motivated. I'm chucking the old scales and have bought myself a set which tell me body fat %. I'll still weigh myself of course but I'm going to go by how my clothes feel and how I feel health wise.

Congrats to the losers and those who have STS I'll be doing my actual weigh in tomorrow.
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!
