    Hello Everyone!

Welcome Nicci - like many other peeps on here I'm not a member of a weight loss club - it is possible to lose weight without joining one.

Well - its WEDNESDAY WEIGH IN WEEK ONE *dramatic drum roll* and I am delighted to report a loss of 3 kilos (all the scales in Japan are metric) I believe that to be 6.6lbs. :j

15 pages since thursday?!?!?!?! what are you guys talking about!?!?!?!?

well i had a fab weekend, despite it lookinga bit iffy when my back went on friday. Fortunately oh came home to load the car for me, and the restof the guys rallied round to get me sorted at the other end and the back is fine now. Weather was GLORIOUS in lincoln, had a wonderful time, very peaceful, very relaxed and can report a 0.4kg loss which i so don't deserve, what with ice-cream o clock every day. I must be especially good over the next week to make sure that it doesn't come back and bite me at the next weigh in. It's probably all the nervous energy - i don't have time to breathe at the mo, i'm doing my business 2 nights a week, then leafleting on a third - it's all getting rather a lot. looking forward to the weekend and hoping it will be lovely for everyone. Congrats to all the losers - i haven't seen you all, but pink lipgloss, what a result!

good morning all. Only just got on and had loads to catch up on.

Marion - Sorry to hear about your mum. xxxxxxxxxxxx

Pink lip gloss and katiepoppycat - what good weight losses, well done. I don't know how much I weigh at the mo, but I think I've put on. I'm going to a wedding in just over a month, really need to buckle down and try harder.

My wii is not online, so I'll have to wait before adding anyone. Can you all join up and play against each other?

Take care all, gotta go xx

Would like to report a 1lb loss. As Tesco says 'every little helps!'. Worked out the prob with the scales. If you move them to a diff part of the floor you get a diff reading! I've put them where I get the lowest which is where they usually are!

Off to aquafit so see you all later.

Oh and Hi to Nicci and congrats to the other losers!
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

Thanks guys, son seems much better today, must have been the promise of the wii ;) Kept him off school today though because he ate nothing yesterday.

Victory - it's showing as sent in my sentbox (with attachment) - I've just tried again  Maybe it filtered out the attachment if I'm not in your 'trusted senders' list or something?

Congratulations on the losses folks! Some really great ones! I seem to have put on 1.5lb overnight - and I haven't moved my scales :rotfl: I'll take my own advice and ignore it though ;)

Beanie - as Delboy would say, you know it makes sense...

I disagree, I hanker after a size but never achieved it, I envy size 8's and size 10's but know it would not really suit my height and build, I look at others and want it to be me, then I look at me and thank my lucky stars I am me, then I get one single bitter comment from the witch and I resort to self yuckiness, then I tell a friend she has lovely legs or whatever and she acts like me and all the other women out there' no way, I hate them I wish I had legs like....' It is natural and normal not to like everything about one's body, there is always someone else out there that has got what you want and you have got what they want:rolleyes:

I understand where you're coming from Vic, and what a phenomenal way to beat yourself up every day! Why would you want to be a size that wouldn't suit you? Your mum has done a mighty fine job on you over the years, but you're now doing that job for her. Give yourself a blummin' big one of these :grouphug: every morning and tell yourself how gorgeous you are, inside and out. It is natural not to like every part of your body but don't waste your life wanting bits of someone else's; instead spend that time learning to love all of YOU xx
