    HI

Can I join the weight loss club?

I've weighed myself today I'm 13st and only 4ft 11. My BMI is over 36!! _pale_

Does anyone know any good websites were I can enter what I've eaten and record my weight loss?

I really need to do something about my weight.

    Nicci

    Welcome Nicci,

    Good luck on your journey,

The only advice I will give you is that you need to find the weightloss plan that suits you. I've tried WW, SW and numerous other diets till I finally found RC which is what suits me. Evrybody is different and different diets suit different people.

You might benefit from a food diary too see where your intake is coming from and then work on reducing the worst parts.

    All the best

    Jules
