I must have been so immersed in my stats this morning that I forgot to post them here! I lost 1.75lb this week. Measured 64cm waist which is almost back to where it was! Body fat down 1lb, water down 0.5lb, muscle also down 0.5lb.

Suggs congrats on your STS (have you changed weigh day to Monday?) Please say you're not bothered about the running challenge, you know I wouldn't turn you down for other things!

    Morning All

Great stats as always Missy :) I have not moved my weigh day, just forgot to post on Friday as I had to go to the office, then having the busy weekend sort of forgot. I am back to daily weighing with a Friday been the day of reckoning. Even did the gym and then a 3 mile walk last night. It wasnt the running thing either Mssy, so dont worry, just wantd to walk upto you with the pincher type things :rotfl:

Tonight I am going to a Sponsors dinner with Luton Town FC, I am looking forward to it, even though we got relegated yet again!!

Thanks for the Kaddy update Pink, thats the probelm with my weekends, sometimes I miss things. Thats and been a bloke!! Re the meet I dont think I will come and ruin the day for you all ;)

Tagz and Victory, maths all day for my Middle Daughter too, all these exams, eldest daughter has started her GCSEs as well as MrsS son :) Finger crossed for your offspring, let us hope there do as well as they can :)

When painting yesterday I stuck on one of my old old t shirts, then struck a pose, you know the one you see in the adverts, pulling the shirt out to show how much you lost, Photo taken and its now on my phone to remind me :) Another way to motvate :)

All this talk about M&S I got a £20 gift card for them last week, problem their jeans dont fit my thighs!! :( But will be there this Sunday I guess. MrsS starts her new job today, its a little nearer home, but until her son finsishes in 3 weeks, she still has the 50 mile round trip. She was very nervous this morning, Im sure she will be ok though.

Right back to work, my appraisal turns up some more technical requirements so even more exams for me this summer, double edged sword as always :)

    Have a good day

    Hey everyone

Hope everyone's OK, unfortunately my son has been unwell during the night so didn't get much sleep (either of us) :( Hopefully he'll make a quick recovery, he usually does.

Beanie, I disagree that you would be letting yourself down by not meeting someone else's target. I think you'd be letting yourself down if you didn't go with your OWN instincts :) Just my opinion...!

Thanks Ajax for your wii answer and your advice about buying, might as well go for it then, that should give him some incentive to get well soon too!

Tagz, our bodies do funny things sometimes. Weigh during the week by all means but try not to take too much notice of small fluctuations, it really could be anything and I'm sure you aren't gaining 1lb+ every night? Look at your results week on week, and take the month as a whole, don't worry about daily blips :)

Suggs you can get your pincher type things out for me any day :rotfl: Have fun at the dinner tonight, and good luck to Mrs Suggs today!

....you're welcome. There's always the Quidco cashback options to bring it down a bit if you found it in stock online in the games retailers. Tesco Direct cashback aint great but 69 clubcard points would be an extra £2.76 in Deals of course, added to the cashback.

Crikey, I almost forgot. Maintain for me this week Delly. I won't be weighing in next week as I'm on holiday in bails country.

Do you have to pay to do online Wiiing? You know like the xbox you have to pay for a 12 months subsription to it?

... there aren't many games which can be played across a network, but those with the facility are free as far as I know. I guess the answer is "not yet"
