    Hello Everyone!

I guess I will miss out on your meet up as I'll be in Japan until July - then I'll be returning to Scotland and will be busy getting organised to start my post-grad course.

It would be great to meet you all - hopefully next time!

I went shopping in the city centre on Sunday and had a wonderful make over at MAC. I'll already been prattling on about it the Bridal Make Up thread in the Wedding forum. In case anyone isen't aware - MAC make up is FANTASTIC!

Have a great day everyone! I'm going into the city to look for a nice pair of summer shoes. Back to reality (work) tomorrow - aaarrrrggghhhhhh!

Good luck with your weight ins tomorrow! *fingers crossed*

Indeed! :rotfl::rotfl:If nothing else, the desire to meet you in real life Vix will get me off my butt and organising our reunion - tomorrow, I promise! Any late entrants to the 'Meet Vix' Fanclub aka the LW meet somewhere in England sometime this year somewhere like a spa? As you can see, the details need to be finalised :D

Bails - I might be interested, could you put me on the list of possibles. It will depend on whether we are on holiday or not, the location and of course the cost! Arn't spa days very expensive? I have never been to one - very shy about putting on a swimsuit!

My son has money saved for a wii and I might go halves with him on the wii fit :p Generally we wait for the initial hype to die down on new things and then try to get a better deal. Could any of you lovely wii fit people tell me if it's possible to do the workouts etc with 2 people at the same time? My son would probably love competing with me on stuff!

not really missy, the balance board is designed for one person at a time.

The only time is would really work is some of the little games which only take a minute or two each. You could each have your separate main Miis (characters) but use a third neutral one for competing so that you could take it in turns ski-jumping, slalom skiing, hula-hooping, football heading etc. All of these have a leaderboard facility so you could really get quite competitive. As you'd be using the same Mii, it's an absolute level playing field.

With regard to the hype/waiting etc, I usually do the same thing as you save hundreds. Nintendo are smart cookies though and don't over-release. Everything seems to keep its value. Whereas the PS3 has dropped to about half of its original cost in a year, the Wii still retails at its initial cost and you hardly ever see deals for it. I figured that I could wait a year to see if the price dropped by 10%, but that would only save £7 IF it dropped - so far the RRP of Wiis, spare Wiimotes, nunchucks etc has remained stable for 2 years. They don't drop so I didn't consider it worth waiting.

Please can someone explain this to me. How can I put weight on overnight? I went to bed last night and thought I'd have a sneaky peak at my weight. Was very pleaseed as I'd lost over a pound, but just to make sure weighed myself twice - same each ttime. I then go to bed and have nothing to eat or drink during the night. This morning so pleased with myself at the loss decide to show OH but this time II'm heavier . I've seemed to put on the pound and a bit I had 'lost' the night before. Now unless there is a fat fairy doing the rounds at night (I'll kill the cow if I meet her 'cause she must like my house) I can't see why this has happened. I knoiw weight goes on as well as off but overnight? I need an explanation to stop me getting depressed!
