Morning peeps - blazing sunshine here:j . I am wearing a dress (can't find fainting smilie:D ) Actually feel I look nice: going over to my mum and dad's - my Dad is 80 today. He'll probably be really grumpy about it though (delete the probably) :rotfl: It is also my first anniversary of starting SW and I still can't believe I've done it. for the first time ever I am considerably lighter than this time last year (31lbs to be precise.) It is so worth it peeps. Must remeber to tell myself that next time the jaffa's get violent (tagz - it's dangerous out there, take care)
Weigh in: I didn't wi last week due to delightful excesses over 4 days, so this week I am 1 lb on please efrieze since last wi. (Which is actually a good loss if you see what I mean)Today will be birthday grub then back to plan tomorrow. I need to shed that 2 lbs to get back to target. The great news is Mr BB first weekly wi (not for the chart!) is he has lost 4lbs:j .
kpc - another loss - 3 weeks in a row. Tagz & pink lg - well done both of you
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Well done Dragon Great results, also well done to KPC and PinklipGloss.
Had a good time last night, though some of the players made a run for it as soon as they could, Cant blame them though. Still managed to get the 3 shirts all signed and ready to send off to the overseas winners of the email fantasy league I am part off.

I understand where you're coming from Vic, and what a phenomenal way to beat yourself up every day! Why would you want to be a size that wouldn't suit you?
Your mum has done a mighty fine job on you over the years, but you're now doing that job for her. Give yourself a blummin' big one of these :grouphug: every morning and tell yourself how gorgeous you are, inside and out. It is natural not to like every part of your body but don't waste your life wanting bits of someone else's; instead spend that time learning to love all of YOU xx
Yep, I agree to a degree, I don't woo is me daily, just the odd here and there when you see someone else in such and such and think 'cor wow why is that not me, doesn't she look great? 'Envy is normal, not being satisfied with one's lot is everyone in the universe, people always aspire to what they can't have or wouldn't suit, that is just people:D
Today it is boiling, should I wear shorts has been the question of the day and do you know I am because I have eaten enough veg in the last year and a half to , I mean if I can't give myself a break and wear shorts today what was the point of all the weight loss?:D No worries, I do like me, love not, like you go girl:D0 -

Oooh well done on getting the legs out! I think even when I am slim I will feel self concious about wearing shorts as I have so many scars on one of my legs - but nice floaty skirts now .................:exclamatiDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
