Not many posts this afternoon, where is everyone? Enjoying yourselves hopefully :D

I have been to the pool and did 71 x 25m lengths during 55 minutes, unfortunately I ran out of time as it was closing, otherwise I would have gone for the 100! The leisure pool was open longer, so I went in there and had a go on the chutes and in the rapids as well :p

Pleased with myself anyway, because I haven't been for a while and 70 was the maximum I'd done in any of my sessions last year. It's been a good week for exercise generally :) This had better show up in my results or there will be trouble!

FFM - that's a great idea to include the glasses of water in the checklist too, I think I'll nick that one for my spreadsheets! I'm gonna do some coloured cells I think to help sort it all, as I want to put in 3-a-day wholegrains as well... all these quotas! :rotfl: Well done on your STS :T

Another freebie Victory! :D Excellent! Can do a lot of 'cheering up' with £20! :D

Right I'm off for a soak to remove the chlorine ;)

.......tagz, wanna be my Wii buddy? When I get home I'll have a look for my Wii number and send it to you. We can send each other gossipys about all the others on here :D

Hehe sounds like fun! I've found my number but don't have a clue what to do with it (steady!). I'll ask OH - he should be able to find out - he is an I.T. guy after all!

Victory: How do you get all of this good stuff happen to you! (minus the acusation, but id have that any day for a £20 voucher!)

Work was rubbish today. Im really tired :( In my breaks i was doing revision and then after work i went to the pub to see my friend off cos she left, came home had dinner and then gave my boyfriend a facial and did his nails cos he is meeting Kaddy Lee Preston tomorrow (who FFM and Brighton belle might know!) He may get in the paper too so hes gotta look the part!

Now at 9pm its time to relax.

Thanks for the tips and advice Seren. My days normally go something like that anyway!! Kind of. I just cant believe how much of a struggle its been these past few weeks. Ive never felt more like giving in and swearing at the whole thing.

who's Kaddy Lee Jackson? Curious to know why I might know her:D .
(thinking about it, is he/she a famous golf caddy...?)
Missyg - do you fancy listing the fruits you can eat and the veg and see if we can offer any good recipes. I don't like veg much either but make myself eat it. Fortunately I love and eat buckets of fruit (the idea of developing an allergy to fruit who be a nightmare, poor you. A shell fish one is bad enough -only came on a few years ago and I I love shellfish.) Back to veg - I've got a really good Jamie Oliver veg recipe that he did for getting veg into kids in secret - would you be interested? (Makes a great sauce for HM pizza or on pasta).
Had a lovely afternoon in the end. Was feeling knackered induced miserable so distracted myself by taking a flask of tea up to Devil's Dyke (local beauty spot on Downs with great views,) where Mr BB was on NT duty. Had a lovely afternoon hanging out with him 'at work'.:D He's managing well with the SW plan. Too many syns this week for him, due to cold induced need for hot toddy and taking sandwiches to work yesterday but it takes a while to get the plan right. Looking forward to his first wi on Tues.
Victory: great result:T . Kymrob - really looking forward to being part of your maintaining (ditto wendy). Getting to know us know is going to make such a difference this time, I promise. Wendy - great news re the size 16! And tagz -you lucky thing living close to Boden, sigh.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

am now comfortably back in the 16s ,and this time am not keeping the 18s as a fall back they are all going to the charity shop on monday.

Well done Mum!:j I'm not sure yet about chucking my size 18 clothes. I have a problem in that I'm a big girl uptop if you know what I mean, and whilst size 16 clothes fit fine on my waist they don;t fit on the bust (I'd topple over if my bottom didn't act as a counter balance). Anyway I think I'll wait intil I've lost a bit more before I buy a new wardrobe. My sis is a dressmaker so until then I'll get her to take in the waists of stuff I really like.:D

Kaddy also does weather on Radio Kent. She really annoys my OH because she uses her animated radio voice on the TV too, which makes her come over as really 'over the top'. I think she's great - nice to see someone positive and 'larger than life'.

    FFM :)

    missyg,

I was just thinking the exact same thing! My legs are beginning to feel like jelly from all the cycling I've been doing lately. :rotfl:

All this effort better be reflected on the scales on Wed!
