Congratulations all you other losers!I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0

Thank you all for your welcome notes! I really appreciate them - they have helped me stay motivated!
My new regime is off to a good start. I've drank only water (as opposed to my usual coca-cola), avoided unhealthy foods/snacks and cycled for a couple of hours by the sea. One day down - six more to go till my first weigh in!"Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?" (Douglas Adams)0 -
pinklipglss sorry I was so pleased about my loss I forgot to welcome you on board [slap on wrist for being ignorant] recovering from a bad back at the moment but working on my OH to buy me a bike for my b/day going round at the moment with a sad face and sighing a lot, but it doesn't seem to be working so far .l:T Never Too Old to learn :T0

Pinklipgloss - sorry from me too and to anyone else I've missed welcoming.
Cycling for 2 hours! Gosh you are determined - well done. I like cycling but have hardly any stamina and get numb bum syndrome very easily. At this rate you will definately notice the difference soon!I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -
Hey all, I'm feeling hungry today, but I've been snacking on salad & couc-cous, so at least I've not been naughty.
Poochie has talken me for a walk & I'm going to pick up my bike from Halfords later. Although it's raining I'm going to walk in & ride it home, I can't wait to have a go.
