I'm really enjoying OH joining me on SW: it's making me refocus and think of some new food ideas too. I really want OH to enjoy his food and not feel he is on a 'diet' in anyway. Anyway, SW are emphatic this is not a diet but a positive eating plan. I agree. I thik we have talked several times about that 'd' word and its negative connotations.
Really enjoyed the carrot cake this afternoon. Katiepc - I am going to cook your sweet potato & chickpea tagine tomorrow - can't wait. And have also written down your Nigella white bean mash and steak recipe.
Just had a stunningly delicious dinner of pasta, 57g salmon (slivers), very low fat fromage frais, green salad and cherry toms, (Dorit frozen cubes of)basil, 14g low fat mature cheddar and garlic onions. All in one bowl. 1.5 syns on sw green (allowed myself to cook garlic mushrooms properly in 10g butter between 2 of us) if cheese part of HEA allowance. Water melon for afters. Yum, yum, yum.
I was wondering where you were suggs. Is it a big day at work, or a significant birthday by any chance (vague memories of you and ajax turning [strike]cough [/strike]this year)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Bloody Hell.

I have had 4 radio one big weekend declines! How sodding annoying.

The first time anything or anyone comes to Kent and i dont get the chance to go!! Hate living in kent sometimes, its soo in londons shadow. Everything gets plonked in London which apparently covers the whole south east grr.

Hope you have better luck than i do FFM!

I've had one request declined, but nothing on the other request - perhaps that's good news?

I'm disappointed in myself this month, can't seem to get motivated and so have switched off to saying no!! We moved builings 6 weeksagao and it seems like there are cakes and biscuits on offer for some reason or other every day.

I have booked my induction at the gym tomorrow as I realised that If I joined included in the £27 fee are the 4 aqua aerobics classes permonth that I currently pay £22 for and I will have unlimited use of the pool, gym and other aqua classes too. So hopefully that will drag me kicking and screaming back into reality and the fact that I have put in too much work to slip back down the slippery slope now.

I haven't gained again but haven't lost either so here I am in maintain hell! this led me to avoid going to RC tonight which I now wish I hadn't done, but hey ho life's like that sometimes.

Quick Hi to the newbies and thanks to Delly for the chart.

Congrats to the successful losers too.
