Morning all
Congratulations to all losers and mainainers well done.
Well I went for my WI last night, and according to her scales i had lost 1/2lb.BUT
Now I have a dilemma, last week I posted a loss of 1lb cos I didn't go to weigh in just used home scales which are usually the same as WI scales.
So, by my reckoning, that means that I have actually put on 1/2lb ?????
NEED HELP I THINK

Hello folks!
Gosh Kymrob! 20lb off in one month is astonishing, is that a LW thread record does anyone know? I did 10lb in my very first diet month but that's by far the most I've done in a month and you've doubled it!
Congratulations to Raphael for SOTW and everyone else who has lost weight - great chart btw Delly!
Are we not supposed to use the word diet, BB? I still use the word, when people ask me how I have lost weight I say "diet and exercise". I didn't realise that might be seen in a negative way by some? Perhaps I should change it to "healthy eating and exercise" or something like that.
I am glad to see a few people happy with their 1lb losses, all the guys who've been here for a few threads will know I hate it when people diss a 1lb loss as if it's nothing! They are as important as any other loss! So massive congrats to everyone who has LOST 1LB this week!
PinkLipgloss, ooh how exotic! Whereabouts in Japan? And there I was imagining you cycling along some blustery seafront :rotfl: I've heard about the fruit prices... have you got a few up to date examples to shock us with?0 -
nessa does she mean you lost 1/2lb from last wi 2 weeks ago? tif so then yes i think you have it right and means you have gained from last week. BUT what do your scales say this week?
raph well done. kymrob wow

*Huff* well I was feeling cheerful this morning, til I tripped down my one & only stair in the house. I now feel sick & dizzy & I just want the builder to finish so I can go to bed.
*sighs*

I will check them tonight. (she did mean 1/2lb from 2 weeks ago so I think I did gain)
Hey ho, such is life, today is another day.

It is driving me mad, in total this week I have spent 12 hours driving to and from work, the traffic has been a nightmare, the rain obviously didn't help, people just drive like maniacs and cause accidents.
One reason I am looking for a job closer to home (fingers crossed) your journey sounds like bliss
