kit I am not one to talk about being hungry as sometimes that is my downfall and I think I could stick to this if only the tummy was full as sometimes salads and the like just does not do it but I manage with WW on 0 points foods there are many you can have that do not count such as a huge list of free 0 points veg, you can make lovely mashes out of swede, carrot, celeriac and turnip, gravy out of mushrooms, onions, soy sauce, chicken stock cube and water, porridge for breakfast keeps you full until lunch put bananas on it or raspberries or blackberries, lunch soup, dinner some carb based like spag bog, if hunger is a problem snack on an apple sugar free jelly, ryvita crackers, fruit, snacking on the good stuff will take you less time to loose the weight than snacking on the bad;) :D

I only have 1 unit left till breakfast so its 2 rich tea finger biscuits about 9 tonight and thats it , just drinking water to keep me going . kymrob watch out I'm after that slimmer of the week lol

Wendy (or anyone) - do you know roughly how many calories are in a typical Fast Forward day? Just curious so that I can relate to how strict it is :)

All's well here, everything on plan for a 1400/day average this week (quite an achievement after pig out days Monday and Tuesday!). Wii fit scales have me under 8 stone - but bathroom scales don't agree yet and those are the ones that count :p

Game 4 in the ice hockey tonight, I'm planning to stay up for it :D (01:00 - 04:20) We'll see what happens...

missyg I dont know how many calories a day the fast forward is but if I tell you what I've had today maybe you can work it out [I don't do calorie counting so haven't a clue] breakfast 1/2 grapefruit 2 weetabix 200ml skimmed milk , lunch,2 small slices wholemeal bread 1 level tbs reduced calorie mayo 2 oz skinless chicken watercress, small pot of yogurt [below 100cals]dinner chilli/rice[or it says any conveniance meal less than 350 cals ]mid morning small banana mid afternoon 1 apple evening 2 rich tea fingers , only black tea black coffee low cal squash and must drink 500ml of water morning afternoon and evening . When you've worked it out missy I would be pleased if you would let me know ,

Bottom burps! Wrote a long post and 'lost it' when I tried to submit it . Divine intervention perhaps! To cut a long post short.

Went to in-laws and MIL noticed I had lost weight.

Ran two miles non-stop this morning!:j

Wendy - you are brilliant for sticking to the Fast Forward plan.

Suggs - the thing about asking if you are size of other people. I do it all the time and I'm driving OH nuts!

Hello to everyone (of course extra big hello to newbies).
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!
