Wendy, the meal plan you posted for the WW FF could just as easily be from the Rosemary Conley Kick Start Diet, that is also 1200 calories per day. The RC KS should only be used for 2 weeks before moving on to the 1500 diet plan, that stops the body moving in to starvation mode. Are you drinking enough water? maybe you are dehydrating a bit and it is giving you the headaches?
Ajax, your spicy slow cooker thingy sounds well tasty, I like beany spicy food, unfortunately the other monkeys are not so keen.
Youngbean, why not just hang out here, there's a few of us have done or are doing the RC Diets - plus you get extra support from everyone else.
Mollymop, well done on the pizza, only 2 pieces - I love the recipes from the RC Diet, we still eat some of our favourites even now that I am maintaining. My favourite quick meal is the salmon spread with multigrain mustard and baked in the oven wrapped in foil - it is so tasty. My favourite meal that takes a lot of effort but is just so yummy is the seafood paella - even better than La Tasca can produce.
Think the weather might improve later, if so I shall go out on my bike to get some apples - need them for my mid morning snack tomorrow at work.
Hope you all have a good day.

Just because I am looking to join a class, I have done WW twice now, and it doesnt seem to work, but I have noticed a few people getting into Rosemary Conley.
Wanted to hear what it is like before I go?
xx
I didn't do RC through a class, I just did it at home with the books and magazines. I lurked on here for my support, probably should have joined in earlier. The RC classes are probably good for the exercise (but I'm a bit of a slacker when it comes to exercise - only just dusted the bike off).

I dont like exercise at allits poo!
The OH suggested I take up jogging/ running.... but I would only do this in an empty field, away from all public haha
I do the odd bit of badminton, and love to cycle... but... maybe I should just bite the bullet and do the gym??

Youngbean, I never posted where I was at, but lots of peeps on here do - I think they are really brave - they also give others inspiration with their stories.
I've always been against jogging, not good for the shins, knees etc (but that is just my opinion), swimming and cycling are much less of an 'impact' on the body.
In the past I have paid 2 years gym membership and not gone at all - not at all MSE. I did once join a gym and go regularly for a year - I think it depends on where your head is at at the time.

Welcome YoungBean!
I recommend doing what you enjoy - I've been out cycling a lot which is definitely helping to shift the pounds.
I'd advise that you avoid joining a gym unless you are 110% commited to going regularly - otherwise you will end up wasting money and feeling demotivated."Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?" (Douglas Adams)0 -

This it too true... I have paid for 2 gym memberships... and gone a total of 12 times!! Its such a waste of money.
I'm lucky that we have the canal just down the road from us, so we can bike down there, and there is a swimming pool just over the road.
I really dont have any excuse, I just seem to lack the motivation.

YoungBean,
I suffered motivation probs as well - until I saw a photo of myself that my friend took. I was close to tears - I could not believe that I let myself go that badly!
Obviously if you have a lot of weight to lose it can be difficult to stay focused so I've been setting myself small goals and rewarding myself according. After I lost my first 3 kilos I treated myself to a MAC makeover. You could also save up to treat yourself to a new wardrobe etc. I find treating myself a good way to stay focused."Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?" Wendy, sorry, I had a senior moment (well they have to start some time), I meant to address my last post to youngbean.
